Senior Agentforce Developer

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :

- 4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and platform ownership.
- Hands on Implementation experience on Sales,Service and Experience clouds
- Strong knowledge of Agentforce tools including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce for Service Cloud, with experience in configuration and customisation.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Service Agents using Agentforce, including agent behavior definition, actions, guardrails, and response handling.
- Practical exposure to Generative AI concepts within Salesforce, including prompt design, grounding strategies, and safe AI usage.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud including Data Streams and Spaces, Data Explorer, Query Editor, Identity Resolution, Segmentation and Insights.
- Experience or exposure to Data Cloud integrations with third-party systems, including streaming monitor usage and Ingest API.
- Understanding of how Data Cloud connects with Agentforce and Prompt Builder to enable context-aware and data-driven agent responses.
- Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs) as applied to Salesforce AI use cases.
- Awareness of ETL and Einstein Trust Layer concepts to ensure data protection, governance, and compliance in Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience owning and supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations with a focus on stability, scalability, and business alignment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams using strong communication, accountability, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Solid understanding of data management, automation, and release management
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Data Cloud, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Consultant
- Build Custom Communities and themes using LWC,LWR and LWS for different Audience Targeting based on criteria.
- Experience using deployment tools like ANT, Change set, Copado, Flosum, Gear Set, etc..
