This role sits at the center of revenue, inventory, and media spends — making it one of the most business-critical positions in the company.
A. Platform Operations & Execution
Marketplace Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize daily ad campaigns (PLA, PCA, Display) across Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
Own budget pacing, bid optimization, keyword performance, and ROAS delivery across platforms.
Quick Commerce Growth
Drive top-of-search and high-intent visibility on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto through intelligent bidding and promotions.
Align media spends with peak demand windows to maximize conversions.
Amazon Agency Management
Act as the single point of contact for the Amazon advertising agency.
Share brand calendars, stock positions, and growth priorities.
Track daily performance and hold the agency accountable for GMV, ROAS, and spend efficiency.
Campaign Health & Optimization
Monitor spends, bids, keywords, and placements daily to eliminate wastage and improve profitability.
Identify underperforming campaigns and fix them through structured testing and optimization.
B. Data Analytics & MIS (Core Ownership)
Performance Reporting
Build and maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS tracking:
GMV
Ad Spends
ROAS
TACOS
Platform-wise & SKU-wise performance
SKU-Level Intelligence
Analyze SKU performance to identify:
Star products (scale aggressively)
Dead stock (cut spends, push clearance, or delist)
Dashboards & Funnel Analytics
Maintain live dashboards tracking:
Impressions → CTR → CVR → Revenue
Use data to identify leakages and growth opportunities.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Track Share of Voice (SOV), pricing trends, and visibility of competitors in Backpacks and Lifestyle categories.
Provide actionable insights to improve positioning and pricing strategy.
C. Cross-Functional Ownership
Inventory & Supply Chain Sync
Ensure advertising is aligned with warehouse fill rates and sell-through (especially for Q-Commerce).
Prevent waste by stopping ads on low-stock or blocked SKUs.
Content & Creative Execution
Work with the creative team to deploy:
High-converting banners
A+ content
Video ads
Brand store creatives for Genie and Urban Jungle
Candidate Profile
Education
MBA or Graduate (Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields preferred)
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Data cleaning & reconciliation
Platform Experience
Hands-on experience with:
Amazon Advertising Console
Flipkart Seller Hub
Other marketplace dashboards is a strong plus
Mindset & Soft Skills
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Strong logical reasoning
Proactive, ownership-driven growth hacker mindset
Experience
Prior experience with:
A D2C brand, or
An e-commerce / performance marketing agency
is strongly preferred
