Roles and Responsibilities

- 6+ years of experience in designing and building automated regression tests from test cases using an automation framework such as Cucumber/Java.
- Add new features and enhancements to the automation framework.
- Create test plans and test cases for assigned features.
- Execute test cases and perform defect tracking and management.
- Develop testing tools and resources to support testing efforts.
- Develop utility tools that assist the organization in day-to-day operations.
- Plan and run automation tests, integration tests, and regression tests.
- Perform load testing, performance testing, and stress testing for respective microservices.
- Help define and lead the implementation of quality requirements and processes.
- Communicate effectively with developers and other technical team members.
- Participate in full SDLC/Agile engagements, including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.
- Perform UAT and regression testing for all enhancements and/or patch releases based on documented specifications.
- Perform UAT and regression testing for iOS and Android applications on emulators and real devices.
- Identify and report QA issues, workflow issues, and other project risks to the development team.
- Evaluate overall test processes and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct verification testing and patch validation to ensure expected changes are correctly implemented.
- Evaluate system performance, reproduce issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve identified problems.
- Evaluate daily test suite results, maintain and update automation tests, and continuously improve regression tests and frameworks.
