Experience - 4-7 Years
Location
- Only Hyderabad Candidates.
Interview Rounds - 2 LTIM + 1 Client F2F round.
- Experience:
4-7+ years of total IT QA experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in Salesforce Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Agent force, Einstein Bots, or AI-driven service tools.
- Exposure to Agentic AI evaluation using frameworks like Lang Smith/Strands etc.
- Understanding of Salesforce API testing (Postman, SoapUI) and familiarity with Apex/Lightning Web Components for debugging.
- Hands on automation experience with Python or JavaScript preferably on Salesforce platforms.
- Methodologies:
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Tools:
Proficiency with JIRA, Test Rail, and Salesforce-specific testing tools
- Communication:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
