- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across production, supply chain, and finance.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and integrity of infrastructure data within Oracle Fusion modules, including Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, and Finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and support for internal clients.
- Manage task planning and control across various teams and report progress and issues to HQ.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP systems is required.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing ERP projects on a large scale.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle modules:
Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, Production Finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience in global enterprise environments is an advantage.
- Ability to optimize data interfaces and ensure accurate execution of production site definitions.
