Responsibilities:

· Lead the Design and Development:
Oversee and actively participate in the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance using C#, Angular

JS, jQuery, and MS SQL Server 2022.

· Collaborate with Product Teams:
Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions, assisting in the planning of Sprints that yield quality demonstrations.

· Risk Assessment and Documentation:
Conduct technical assessments of risks and issues, providing well-documented recommendations to guide decision-making.

· Coordinate Solution Design:
Collaborate with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes.

· Coach and Mentor the Team:
Once production builds commence, guide the team in developing comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.

· Facilitate Communication:
Maintain regular communication with both technical and non-technical groups as part of ongoing product support, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders.

· Champion an AI- and design-enabled engineering culture aligned with enterprise standards

· Define governance, guardrails, and best practices for AI usage and design-to-development workflows

· Identify opportunities where AI and modern design tools can measurably improve delivery speed, quality, and user experience.

AI Awareness, Design & Productivity Expectations

We expect engineers and technology leaders to be AI-aware, AI-enabled, and design-conscious, leveraging modern AI and design tools responsibly to improve developer productivity, user experience, code quality, and delivery speed.

Candidates should demonstrate practical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development and design tools as part of their regular workflow, including but not limited to:

· Using AI copilots and coding assistants such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability

· Applying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek or equivalent to:

o Generate, review, and refactor code

o Assist with debugging, log analysis, and root-cause investigation

o Create and improve unit tests, edge-case coverage, and documentation

· Leveraging AI for intelligent code completion, boilerplate generation, refactoring suggestions, and early bug detection, with strong engineering judgment applied to all AI-generated outputs

· Utilizing AI-assisted documentation generation to produce clear technical documentation, comments, and usage guides

· Demonstrating familiarity with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma to:

o Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers and product teams

o Review, interpret, and translate design specifications into high-quality implementations

o Contribute to design discussions with an engineering perspective on feasibility, performance, and accessibility

· Understanding and practicing responsible AI usage, including data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and avoidance of sensitive or proprietary data exposure
