About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on PMO professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of project management frameworks and governance structures. This role will oversee enterprise-wide portfolio and program management, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource utilization. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, delivering insights and driving decision-making across complex initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools and a passion for digital transformation are key to success in this role.

PMO Strategy & Governance

- Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to organizational needs.
- Establish and maintain governance structures for project oversight, risk management, and compliance.
- Develop and standardize project documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).

Portfolio & Program Management

- Lead the management of the enterprise-wide project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Track and report on project performance, including budgets, timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with senior leadership to ensure project goals are aligned with business strategy and outcomes.
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications across departments and leadership levels.
- Deliver regular executive-level updates, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Tools & Technology

- Implement, manage, and optimize project management tools and systems to support efficient delivery.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Azure Dev Ops (ADO); experience preferred.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting through dashboards and analytics.
- Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives within the PMO and internal systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 3 years of Exp in a PMO role.
- Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

Preferred Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing large-scale transformation or digital initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
