We're looking for passionate and skilled Sr Manager for our SRE Operations to ensure our Product & Reliability Engineering Organization can successfully operate Enterprise Operations.

This role leads the design, development, and maintenance of key products and supporting technology infrastructure in an Agile environment. It manages teams of all levels of Site Reliability Engineers, architects, and technical staff to deliver product and engineering outcomes. The role includes responsibility for attracting, hiring, and retaining a skilled full stack team to support product and platform goals. Success is measured by timely delivery of product features, team performance, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The work impacts organizational capabilities by ensuring reliable product functionality and fostering productive relationships with customers and partners.

They rapidly deliver maintaining world-class operational excellence to T-Mobile business customers both internal and external. They build short- and long-term technical strategies in partnership with internal technology and product partners and work very closely with IT partner teams working on multiple projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage technical product and engineering teams to deliver results through direction, feedback, and performance management
- Define and implement continuous improvement practices across technical disciplines and organizational processes
- Oversee technical vendor relationships to incorporate feature and function requests into product releases
- Drive and maintain the current and future technical roadmap in collaboration with design and architecture teams
- Recruit and hire qualified managers and team members to strengthen product and project teams
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree, plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)

Additional Qualifications:

- 7-10 years, Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)
