What We Do:
Skilled SDET specializing in TOSCA with a strong ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective automated test solutions. Experienced in developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end test automation processes, frameworks, and controls across the software development and sustainment lifecycle. Provides leadership and consulting on automation strategy, test design, implementation, and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational quality standards.
Recognized for delivering high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance automated test suites that support continuous delivery and improve overall product reliability. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in automation, enhance testing efficiency, and strengthen quality engineering culture across the organization.
- Design and maintain automation systems and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Provide practice leadership by training peers, contributing to quality standards, and managing defect processes
- Ensure requirements and user stories are testable and provide input to test activities and estimates
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to uphold testing practices and quality thresholds.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
