Palantir Lead

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Lead/Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Palantir platform capabilities, data engineering, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions, including data integration, transformation, ontology modelling, and workshop development.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

· Architect and implement robust data pipelines, workflows, and validation frameworks within Palantir Foundry.

· Optimize data models and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

· Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practices.

· Integrate Palantir with external systems (e.g., Snowflake, APIs) and ensure seamless data exchange.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and governance.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.

· Document solution designs, processes, and technical decisions.

Required

Skills & Experience:

· 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with at least 5 years on Palantir Foundry.

· Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline development.

· Experience with ontology modelling, workshop applications, and Palantir Foundry APIs.

· Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and integration best practices.

· Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and enterprise data architectures.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
