We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead backend engineering and deliver enterprise-grade products from development to market release.

About Our Organization

Softpath System is a US-based technology organization with 25+ years of industry presence functioning across the US and India. Beyond services, we are heavily invested in building our own product platforms, including AI/ML, SaaS, and healthcare technology solutions through our subsidiaries such as Wyber AI, nGaze, Supplier Bridge, and Medonex.

This role sits squarely in our core product development team, not client services.

What you’ll do

- Design & build scalable solutions using .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs
- Lead daily technical execution while staying deeply hands-on
- Own code quality, architecture, reviews, and clean-code standards
- Drive releases with a strong focus on production readiness and timelines
- Collaborate closely with product and stakeholders; support post-release stability

SQL, Elasticsearch
- Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, App Insights)
- JWT / OAuth, Git
