Job Description:

This role will be a part of Operations Excellence function and Tech Excellence team and will report to (QA Manager – Operations Excellence). This role will be responsible for QA testing, QA automation, creating test strategies, leading a team of testers, reporting, maintaining traceability, risks and issues control with regards to QA delivery.

Skills Required:

- TOSCA (preferable) or any other automation tool (UFT / Selenium etc), Oracle E Business Suite, JIRA, Zephyr, Automation Testing, Test Automation

Experience Range:

- 6 - 10 years

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Technology – QA Automation using TOSCA (preferable) or any other automation tool (UFT / Selenium etc), CI/CD - Flex Deploy, Web, API, Mobile automation - Technology support & Guidelines on industry best practices, Test Management using Jira / Zephyr, QA Test Lab Servers and Infrastructure Administration, QA Tools License Management
- Strong Interface/Integration Testing experience.
- Hands on with Product Integration with Scripting.
- Process – Test Strategy, Test Metrics, Reporting, Traceability management, Risk and Issues
- Performance testing strategy and load test planning using Neoload
- QA Delivery and Testing for Oracle Ebusiness Suite, Cloud ERP, HR-Payroll applications, Patch testing
- Leading a team of testers in the team

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant role
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in leading a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications such as CSTE / CSQA / Tosca Certification
- MCP Playwright automation, Load testing, CI/CD as nice to have skills.
