We’re hiring a high-impact  Senior Business Analyst  to drive data-led strategy across growth, supply chain, customer lifecycle, and last-mile operations at Country Delight. This role requires strong ownership, sharp business intuition, and deep analytical expertise in a high-frequency, fresh supply environment.

Responsibilities :

Own end-to-end analytics across customer lifecycle, retention, and subscription performance
Drive supply chain, fill-rate, wastage, and last-mile efficiency analytics
Build and optimize complex SQL queries on large transactional datasets
Develop executive dashboards in Tableau for daily business reviews
Use Python (Pandas/Num Py) for cohort analysis, forecasting, automation, and experimentation insights
Define and track KPIs: CAC, LTV, churn, AOV, repeat rate, contribution margins, delivery SLAs
Partner with Growth, Ops, Supply Chain, Category, and Finance to unlock profitability and scale
Support A/B testing and experimentation across pricing, promotions, and user journeys
Mentor junior analysts and elevate analytical rigour

Essentials :

Advanced SQL (joins, window functions, query optimisation at scale)
Strong Tableau dashboarding & executive storytelling
Hands-on Python for data analysis and modelling
Strong understanding of unit economics in quick commerce
Experience in high-growth, operationally intensive environments
Excellent stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills
