Sri Jagdamba Pearls is looking for a creative, driven, and trend-aware Social Media & Content Manager to own and grow our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, aesthetics, and audience engagement — and can translate a heritage jewellery brand into modern, scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Social Media Platforms:
Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Linked In.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality content including reels, static posts, stories, and product videos — both visual and written — aligned with brand aesthetics.
Reels & Video Ideation:
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging, trendy, and brand-aligned reels showcasing jewellery in a modern and playful way.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, VM, and design teams to gather updates on collections, launches, campaigns, and events.
Customer Engagement:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and professional responses to DMs, comments, and customer queries.
Campaign Management:
Work closely with the digital marketing agency to launch, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
Growth & Analytics:
Drive follower growth and engagement while tracking performance metrics and ensuring the brand voice remains fresh, elegant, and consistent.
Requirements

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in social media and content roles (experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands preferred).
Technical

Skills:

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, You Tube Shorts, and hands-on experience with tools like Canva, InShot, Cap Cut, or similar editing platforms along with AI
Content & Copywriting:
Ability to write catchy captions, engaging stories, and witty yet brand-appropriate replies.
Organization & Ownership:
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing content calendars and campaign tracking independently.
Aesthetic Sense:
Strong visual judgment — you know what looks premium, modern, and on-brand.
Bonus:
Prior experience with jewellery or fashion brands. Portfolio links are highly encouraged.
