Are you passionate about programmatic advertising and excited about the evolution of audio, video, and digital media?
Our client is redefining immersive audio experiences and precision-targeted advertising h a rapidly growing ad-supported ecosystem, we’re looking for a hands-on, technically strong TAM who can drive high-performance programmatic partnerships and solve complex technical challenges.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Ad Tech, DSP strategy, deal optimization, VAST integrations, and App troubleshooting — ensuring seamless campaign execution and revenue growth.
What You’ll Own
Lead technical execution for PG, PMP, and Open Market (OMP) programmatic deals
Optimize performance through bid strategy, win-rate diagnostics, floor management, and DSP troubleshooting (TTD, Magnite & more)
Be the go-to expert for VAST troubleshooting, creative hosting, 3P measurement integrations, and cross-DSP delivery issues
Drive advanced App-level troubleshooting , resolving SDK, inventory access, and delivery blockers
Provide actionable buy-side insights on bid strategies, pacing, KPIs, and optimization levers
Identify revenue growth opportunities through SPO, expanded targeting, and format innovation
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Tech Ops, Product, and Client Success to ensure frictionless execution
Deliver campaign insights, performance analysis, and renewal strategies using SSP dashboards, Looker, Tableau, and custom analysis
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic (publisher/platform/buy-side)
Deep expertise in DSP mechanics, auction dynamics, and deal structures (PG, PMP, OMP)
Strong experience in VAST tags, video/audio troubleshooting, and App environment debugging
Clear understanding of brand safety, 3P measurement, creative specs, and data onboarding
A proactive problem solver who can jump into platform UIs and resolve delivery issues independently
Strong communication skills — able to translate technical complexities into business impact
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
