The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes. This position will lead discrete work streams across Salesforce implementations and enhancements, supporting activities from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment, while also contributing to ongoing platform optimization, reporting improvements, and day-to-day administration to ensure high-quality delivery and user adoption.
What will you do:
Lead client discovery sessions to gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Design, configure, and enhance Salesforce environments using standard functionality and best practices
Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across design, build, testing, and deployment phases
Manage and prioritize work streams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning, in Agile delivery environments
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align Salesforce functionality with sales, service, and operational workflows
Support solution scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities as needed
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support team development and delivery quality
Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery
Maintain system documentation, including requirements, configurations, and process flows
Support ongoing system optimization, user adoption, and issue resolution post go-live
Ideally, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant)
6–9 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise delivery projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools
Agile project management experience, including backlog management and user story creation
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, PE environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware tools such as Mule Soft, Boomi, or similar)
Exposure to CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud
Experience supporting multi-region or global Salesforce deployments
Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales and operations teams
