We are looking for a proactive and technically strong  Floor Support Engineer  to manage and support end-user IT infrastructure at the client location. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and user coordination, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for  IT infrastructure, applications, and network-related issues
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems at the client office
Install, configure, and troubleshoot  Microsoft O365 & Outlook
Provide support for  Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11) and user-level application support
OS installation and configuration (Windows 11)
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Local & network printer installation and configuration
Internet & LAN configuration and troubleshooting
Perform software updates, patch installation, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors to resolve system & software issues
Manage and close tickets using ticketing tools within defined SLAs
Assist in project planning by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Act as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Application & Infrastructure Support
Good hands-on experience in Desktop Support
Knowledge of Ticketing tools
Ability to handle users professionally and resolve issues efficiently

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant IT Support / Desktop Support experience preferred
