Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Selenium Trainer, based in Hyderabad. The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions on Selenium frameworks, ensuring industry-relevant curriculum delivery. Responsibilities include designing course content, providing hands-on training, troubleshooting technical issues faced by students, mentoring them on real-time projects, and offering guidance for career growth. Trainers will also be responsible for customizing training modules to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

Mandatory to have work experience as a trainer.
Proficiency in Selenium and associated tools, such as Web Driver, Grid, and IDE
Experience in manual and automation testing methodologies
Ability to teach programming languages such as Java, Python.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including TestNG, JUnit, or similar
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing life cycles (STLC)
Experience in real-time project execution and scenarios is preferred
Ability to adapt to classroom or training environment requirements
