Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced  Scrum Master  to lead Agile teams and drive high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate  Scrum ceremonies :
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on  Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
Track and report Agile metrics such as  velocity, burn-down, sprint progress, and release planning
Work closely with  Product Owners  to refine and prioritize backlog
Ensure user stories meet  Definition of Ready (DoR)  and deliverables meet  Definition of Done (DoD)
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Dev Ops, and Business stakeholders
Support release planning and dependency management
Drive transparency through tools like  Jira / Azure Dev Ops / Confluence

Required

Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of overall IT experience with  minimum 2–3 years as Scrum Master
Strong understanding of  Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (preferred)
Experience handling  multiple Agile teams
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, ADO, Rally, etc.)
Strong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery models
Scrum certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe Agilist) preferred

Good to Have

Experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure) projects
Exposure to Dev Ops practices
Experience in scaled Agile environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
