Core Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Manage full-funnel performance strategy including audience targeting, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
Design education → cohort → high-intent traffic pipelines before directing users to Landing pages
Build sequential audience journeys using engagement signals such as video retention, saves, dwell time, and repeat engagement
Develop warm and hot audience ecosystems across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and X
Implement audience exclusion and qualification strategies to maintain high CVR and efficient CAC
Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, and other tracking tools; deliver structured performance reports with insights.
Strategically allocate and optimize media budgets to maximize performance efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns.
Oversee on-page SEO basics, keyword alignment, and performance-driven content strategy to improve organic visibility and lead acquisition.
Implement retargeting strategies, email automation workflows, and audience segmentation to improve lead nurturing and repeat conversions.
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive qualified enrollments for online cohorts and structured programs.
Marketplace Growth Leadership
Own growth strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce channels
Build high-conversion PDP architecture including hero imagery, A+, Brand Story, and mobile-first optimization
Improve Listing Quality Score (LQS), organic rank velocity, and search term conversion
Align external traffic strategy with marketplace algorithms to protect organic ranking signals
Amazon DSP & Retail Media
Architect structured Amazon PPC and DSP frameworks aligned with cohort-based audience signals
Deploy DSP for retargeting, audience expansion, and high-intent traffic orchestration
Control TACOS, Incremental ROAS, and New-to-Brand acquisition efficiency
Implement day-parting strategies, bid automation, and budget pacing
Programmatic Media Leadership – CM360 & DV360
Manage cross-channel attribution, tracking, and audience orchestration using CM360
Deploy DV360 for You Tube, display, and programmatic retargeting aligned to education funnels
Integrate Meta and Google cohorts into DV360 strategies for full-funnel growth
Execute incrementality testing, view-through attribution, and assisted conversion modelling
High-Intent Traffic Architecture
Build engagement-based audience qualification models using retention %, scroll depth, and interaction signals
Create trafic temperature frameworks (Cold / Warm / Hot / Conversion-ready)
Drive pre-qualified traffic to Marketplaces designed to maximise CVR and minimise wasted spend
Build executive dashboards covering CVR, CAC, ROAS, TACOS, rank velocity, retention, and cohort performance
Required Experience
Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing, programmatic media, or marketplace growth
Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing accounts on Amazon Seller Central, including listings, PPC campaigns, inventory, and performance metrics.
Proven hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, CM360, and DV360
Experience building education-led cohort funnels and high-intent audience pipelines
Deep Amazon ecosystem expertise including ranking signals and PPC architecture
Advanced understanding of attribution modelling and cross-channel audience strategy
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Hands-on experience with CDPs or first-party audience systems
Experience implementing server-side tracking and signal reinforcement
