Technical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
(Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous
improvement.
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlog refinement and
prioritization.
Work effectively with development and testing teams to ensure quality-driven
delivery.
Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burnup, etc.).
Promote best practices in CI/CD, automation testing, and Dev Ops where applicable.
Facilitate cross-team dependencies and communication with stakeholders.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.), if
applicable.
Ensure adherence to Agile standards and organizational processes.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of overall IT experience, with 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong hands-on experience in software development and testing (manual and/or
automation).
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Dev Ops,
Business).
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, etc.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to guide teams in estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master).

Experience with automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in scaled Agile environments.
