The Role
The Tech Communications Manager is the dedicated Communication Business Partner to the CTO, responsible for translating the vision, strategy and progress of DAZN’s Product & Technology organization into clear, compelling and impactful communications.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, embedded within Product & Tech, and working in close alignment with the wider DAZN Communications team. You will ensure that Product & Tech is understood, visible and central to DAZN’s internal and external narrative — from Board-level audiences to the wider organization, partners and media.
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the embedded communications partner to the CTO and Product & Tech leadership, with a deep understanding of priorities, people and progress
Develop and deliver a structured Product & Tech communications plan within your first 90 days
Translate Product & Tech vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery into clear, engaging communications for multiple audiences
Own the CTO’s communications profile, including town halls, leadership updates, Linked In content and executive messaging
Deliver a consistent cadence of communications, including newsletters, blogs, thought leadership, delivery updates and incident communications
Partner with Product, Technology, Production and Customer Service teams to uncover and shape the right stories
Work closely with Group and in-market Communications teams to ensure Product & Tech is central to DAZN’s overall narrative
Measure communication effectiveness and use insight to continuously improve impact and engagement
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading internal and external communications for a Product and/or Technology function within a large, complex organization
Strong experience delivering multi-format communications to senior leaders, exec teams, managers, employees and external audiences
Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics without losing substance
Genuine passion for Product and Technology, with a strong understanding of modern tech, platforms and delivery environments
Confidence advising senior leaders, including C-suite, with sound judgement and credibility
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and influence at all levels
Highly organized and comfortable operating in fast-moving, change-led environments
Flexibility to travel as required
