Power Platform Developer / Senior Developer

Location:

Pune / Hyderabad (Only)

3–5 Years Experience, 5–8 Years Experience & 8–12 Years

Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop solutions to help automate and digitalize business processes across different journeys in an Agile environment.
Understand digital and automation needs and perform opportunity assessment and Proof of Concept (PoC) for new use cases.
Translate business requirements into future state processes, high-level solution design, and required documentation as per HSBC governance standards.
End-to-end implementation of digital and automation solutions using Power Platform capabilities such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, etc.
Perform code reviews in accordance with design principles and best practices, if required.
Demonstrate a proven successful track record in a similar role.

Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with complex stakeholder groups, with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong knowledge and proven successful track record in Power Platform and/or RPA technologies, including use case assessment, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following Power Platform capabilities or market-leading automation/digital tools:
Power Apps
Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop
Power BI
RPA

Good to Have
Knowledge and experience in the following technologies/products will be an advantage:
Azure Cloud
JIRA / Confluence
Production Support and Operations knowledge
Good communication skills.
Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery approach.
Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
