About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to design, automate, and operate a secure, scalable AWS cloud platform. You will play a key role in building Infrastructure as Code, standardizing CI/CD Git Ops pipelines, and ensuring reliable, secure, and high-availability production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt
- Build and operate Kubernetes platforms with Helm, FluxCD, and Git Ops practices
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems
- Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis
- Implement security best practices (IAM least privilege, encryption, secrets management, logging)
- Maintain observability stack (monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards)
- Optimize infrastructure costs and implement Fin Ops strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize deployment patterns and improve developer experience

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops / Cloud Engineering / SRE roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (multi-account environments preferred)
- Advanced Terraform expertise (module design, remote state, best practices)
- Strong production-level Kubernetes experience (networking, RBAC, scaling, troubleshooting)
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Git Hub Actions preferred)

- Experience with Helm and Git Ops tools (FluxCD or ArgoCD)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
- AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer (Professional)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CKAD
- Hashi Corp Terraform Associate
