We are growing our Customer Implementation & Consulting team and are looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process, and customer success.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Datanitiv for enterprise and mid-market customers. You will act as a trusted advisor—understanding customer workflows, configuring the platform, and ensuring successful go-lives with measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a SaaS implementation / professional services / solutions consulting background.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Implementation & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kick-off to go-live and stabilization
- Translate customer business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reports
- Configure modules related to demand forecasting, capacity planning, time tracking, and analytics
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

Customer Advisory & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary implementation point of contact for customer stakeholders
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand operational processes and pain points
- Provide best-practice guidance to help customers realize value faster
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-implementation handover

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
- Provide structured feedback to Product on feature gaps and customer needs
- Support pre-sales where required with solution walkthroughs or technical validations

Enablement & Documentation

- Create and maintain implementation playbooks, configuration guides, and customer documentation
- Train customer admins and power users on platform capabilities
- Drive adoption by ensuring customers are set up for long-term success

✅ Required Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, Solution Consultant, or Professional Services Consultant in a SaaS organization
- Proven experience leading customer implementations for B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of business processes, data workflows, and system configuration
- Experience working directly with enterprise or mid-market customers
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

⭐ Nice to Have

- Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, analytics, or forecasting tools
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data imports/exports
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Post-Sales Consulting
- Exposure to Agile / SaaS delivery models
