Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now CMDB Developer with strong expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and data management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Service Now CMDB architecture and data models.
- Implement and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, and compliance with best practices.
- Support requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve CMDB-related issues in production.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now CMDB development.
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, third-party tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
- Service Now
Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB (CIS-CMDB)
- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to ITSM, Sec Ops, or Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
