We are seeking an energetic, data-driven Manager – Growth Marketing to accelerate customer acquisition, improve lead quality, and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels. This role is ideal for a growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, performance analytics, and luxury consumer behavior.
The incumbent will own end-to-end digital growth initiatives—from media planning and funnel optimization to agency governance—ensuring that marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In, and emerging digital platforms.
- Own and track key performance indicators including CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Translate creative concepts into platform-specific performance strategies, ensuring alignment between creative formats and algorithmic behavior.
- Collaborate closely with internal design and content teams to deliver high-impact, conversion-oriented creatives.
2. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Design and scale high-intent lead generation strategies using landing pages, forms, automation workflows, and retargeting.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, CTAs, audience segments, and landing page elements to improve conversion efficiency.
- Manage the full customer journey—from first impression to inquiry to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL)—with a strong focus on sales relevance.
3. Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hub Spot, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar platforms to monitor performance.
- Build dashboards and periodic reports that clearly communicate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze attribution paths and optimize channel mix and media spend for maximum ROI.
4. Digital Growth & Brand-Led Initiatives
- Identify and experiment with new growth levers including affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and regional activations.
- Support the launch of digital initiatives such as webinars, content series, virtual site tours, and engagement campaigns, aligned with the brand’s eco-living and luxury positioning.
- Balance performance outcomes with long-term brand equity—because luxury is built, not hacked.
5. SEO & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for discoverability and engagement.
- Recommend keyword strategies, backlink opportunities, and on-page improvements; track and report SEO performance impact.
Critical Success Factors (Non-Negotiable)
- Creative–Platform Intelligence:
Deep understanding of how different creative formats perform across platforms and how algorithms respond to messaging, visuals, and formats.
- Luxury Consumer Insight:
Strong grasp of premium and luxury customer behavior, decision cycles, emotional triggers, and trust-based buying patterns.
- Agency Management:
Proven experience managing digital marketing agencies—briefing, performance reviews, budget control, and outcome accountability are mandatory.
Desired Profile & Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with creative sensitivity—rare, but essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
