Technical Scrum Master
Location:
Hyderabad, Telangana
We are hiring a Technical Scrum Master with strong experience in API development, integration platforms, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Mule Soft/ACE/IIB, Kafka/MQ, and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile delivery for API & integration projects
- Work with product owners, architects, and developers to define scope and priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team collaboration
- Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Oversee REST API design, messaging integration (Kafka/MQ), and cloud-based delivery
- Use Jira/Azure Dev Ops/Rally for backlog and sprint management
Required Skills
- Strong experience in API development, integration platforms, and Agile delivery
- Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, Mule Soft/ACE/IIB, Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, AWS/Azure
- Solid knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
