JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate should have experience in Service Now development, architecture, or a closely related technical field.
- - Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale Service Now implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, Custom Apps, CMDB and Discovery).
- - Strong proficiency in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- - Deep understanding of Service Now platform architecture, data structures, and security frameworks.
- - Experience with Agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
