Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce Industry solutions. The role involves working on complex enterprise implementations, building digital experiences, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Omni Studio components:
- Omni Scripts
- Integration Procedures
- Data Raptors
- Flex Cards
- Build custom Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Implement Salesforce Industries data models and product configurations
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployments using Dev Ops tools
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders
- Provide production support and performance optimization

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Studio / Vlocity
- Expertise in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards
- Solid experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform customization

- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Communications, Insurance, or Healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security model
- Experience in API integrations
- Good understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops for Salesforce

Good to Have

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer / Omni Studio Consultant)

- Experience with CPQ, Order Management, or Industry Clouds
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
