Position: Data Architect / Pre-sales Leadership
Role:  Data Architect / Pre-sales Leadership – Data Services

We’re seeking a Data Architect / Pre-sales Leader to drive data platform modernization, governance, and analytics solution design while partnering with sales teams on client engagements, RFPs, and solution proposals. This hybrid role requires deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and strong business acumen to translate complex data strategies into client-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data architecture design across cloud and hybrid platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Synapse, SAP).
Partner with sales and account teams to drive pre-sales activities including solutioning, scoping, RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
Define enterprise data strategies covering governance, MDM, metadata, quality, and regulatory compliance (PDPL, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, APP).
Create solution blueprints for data integration, modernization, warehousing, and advanced analytics/AI initiatives.
Engage with CxOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to align data solutions with business outcomes.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to implementation.
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, industry-specific accelerators, and reusable solution assets.

Required Qualifications:

12+ years in data architecture, consulting, and pre-sales leadership
Strong hands-on expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, Big Query) and modern data ecosystem tools.
Proven ability to design and pitch data solutions that address enterprise challenges in governance, quality, integration, and analytics.
Track record of winning deals through RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations.
Excellent leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with business storytelling.
