Key Responsibilities:
Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Talent modules (Goals & Performance)
Handle production support / client issues / SLA-based delivery
Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and implementation
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
✔️ Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR mandatory)
✔️ Talent Management (Goals & Performance)
✔️ Techno-Functional expertise
✔️ HDL / HCM Extract / OTBI
✔️ Fast Formula (good to have)
✔️ Strong communication skills
