TCS is looking for DBT developer

Experience:

5-10 years

Location:

Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Bhubaneshwar /Kolkata

Required technical skill set: DBT (data build tool)

Must have skill:

- 5+ years' experience in DBT development
- 5+ years experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development – using dbt core and dbt cloud and in a volume intensive data environment preferably in telecom industry.
- Good knowledge in performance tuning of SQL, modeling, pipeline and parallel processing concepts.
- GCP knowledge will be added advantage
- Knowledge on SQL and python is must.
- Good exposure in AI tools like Gemini Cloud Assist
- Experience in working with cloud databases is must.
- Good understanding of database concepts like partitioning, stored procedures, function.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with systems technical staff and business users.
- DBT certification is desired.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Good to have skills:

- Google cloud experience
- Exposure to Generative AI models like Gemini
- Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
