Job Description:
Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in Guidewire QA (Policy Center) position Cloud to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Policy Center implementations and integrations in a cloud environment.
This role involves designing and executing test strategies, automating test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Guidewire Policy Center Cloud implementations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Policy Center modules.
Validate cloud deployment configurations, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, or similar) for Policy Center applications.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
Ensure compliance with cloud security and performance standards during testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Required
Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in QA for Guidewire Policy Centre (preferably Cloud version).
Strong understanding of Policy Centre configuration, rating, and integration points.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and related deployment processes.
Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar).
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of insurance domain and Policy Center workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications :
Guidewire Certification in Policy Center or Cloud. Tools & Technologies.
Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber JIRA / Azure Dev Ops Postman / REST Assured AWS / Azure / GCP
