Position Overview:

The Google Ads & Analytics Expert is responsible for owning end-to-end paid acquisition, website tracking, analytics, and attribution for Keus. This role ensures that the right audience reaches the Keus digital ecosystem, user behaviour is accurately tracked, and marketing data translates into meaningful business outcomes such as qualified leads, consultations, and experience-centre visits. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Web teams to improve lead quality, conversion clarity, and ROI through data-driven optimization and performance marketing excellence

Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads – Performance & Demand Generation

• Own end-to-end execution of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube, and Discovery.

• Build and manage campaigns targeting luxury residences, smart home buyers, and high-value property segments.

• Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent, mid-funnel, and city-specific search behaviour.

• Structure campaigns for scalability, clarity, and optimization control.

• Develop and optimize ad copies aligned with Keus premium brand positioning.

• Optimize bidding strategies based on qualified leads, CPL, and conversion intent.

• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance across cities and campaigns

2. Website Tracking, GTM & GA4 Implementation

• Own website and landing-page tracking architecture using Google Tag Manager.

• Implement and manage tracking for lead forms, demo bookings, CTA clicks, and engagement events.

• Set up and maintain GA4 event tracking and conversion definitions.

• Ensure accurate data flow across Website, GTM, GA4, and Google Ads.

• Audit tracking to identify broken events, duplication, or attribution mismatches.

• Build a scalable event taxonomy aligned with Keus funnel stages and business goals

3. Analytics, Reporting & Website Insights

• Analyse campaign and website performance using Google Ads, GA4, and dashboards.

• Track the full funnel:
Impressions → Clicks → Sessions → Engagement → Leads → Demos.

• Evaluate user behaviour such as landing-page performance, drop-offs, and engagement patterns.
• Create structured and actionable performance dashboards and reports.

• Identify lead-quality patterns and recommend optimization strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to align messaging with audience intent.

• Work with Web & UX teams to improve landing-page conversion performance.

• Partner with Sales & Inside Sales to understand lead quality and outcomes.

• Map marketing conversions to sales stages and qualified-lead definitions.

• Support city-specific campaigns and funnel optimization initiatives.

5. Optimization & Continuous Improvement
