We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS & Data Analyst who will take end-to-end ownership of data reporting, unit-level cost analysis, and process performance tracking. The role goes beyond reporting — it requires driving insights into action, ensuring data integrity, and being accountable for identifying improvement opportunities that impact cost, efficiency, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will not only generate reports but will own the accuracy, relevance, and business impact of the insights delivered.

Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting (Ownership of Data Accuracy & Reporting Integrity)

• Own the preparation and delivery of daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for management

• Ensure 100% accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across all reports

• Take accountability for data validation and reconciliation across multiple sources (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

• Proactively identify reporting gaps and improve reporting structures

• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual dependency

• Act as the single point of ownership for reporting queries and clarifications

Data Analysis (Insight Ownership & Decision Support)

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and anomalies

• Lead root cause analysis for performance gaps and cost variances

• Translate data into actionable business recommendations

• Track impact of recommendations and measure improvement outcomes

• Ensure management decisions are supported by accurate and validated data

Cost Analysis & Unit-Level Deep Dive (Profitability Ownership)

• Own detailed cost analysis at unit / SKU / process level

• Monitor cost drivers, contribution margins, and profitability metrics

• Identify and quantify cost optimization opportunities

• Track cost-saving initiatives and ensure measurable impact

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with high accountability

• Highlight financial risks proactively with corrective action suggestions

Process Improvement (Performance Accountability)

• Map and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Drive data-backed process improvement initiatives across functions

• Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous performance tracking

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain improvements

• Take ownership of tracking measurable efficiency and cost improvements

Dashboards & Visualization (Business Visibility Ownership)

• Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards (preferred)

• Ensure dashboards reflect real-time, accurate, and business-relevant KPIs

• Simplify complex datasets into clear, actionable visual insights

• Continuously enhance dashboards based on leadership feedback

• Maintain governance and data model integrity

Presentations & Stakeholder Management (Insight Communication Ownership)

• Prepare high-impact PPT presentations for management reviews

• Clearly communicate insights, risks, opportunities, and action plans

• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Business Heads

• Take ownership of follow-ups on action items from review meetings

• Ensure data-backed discussions drive measurable business outcomes

Required

Skills & Qualifications

• CA/ MBA Finance with 5 to 10 years of experience in healthcare industry

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, financial modeling basics)

• Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in previous roles

Preferred Skills

• Power BI (Dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)

• Experience in costing, unit economics, or financial analysis

• Exposure to process improvement / continuous improvement frameworks

• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data tools
