Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and design B2B/EDI integrations.
Develop and configure EDI maps, components, and workflows.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Work directly with customers and trading partners for onboarding, testing, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional specs, test plans, technical documentation, and support go‑live activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and managed services partners on integration delivery.
Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Expertise in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and formats (CSV, XML, JSON, Flat Files, IDOC).
Solid understanding of Retail, Logistics, and Warehouse EDI transactions.
Experience with ITX/ITXA/WTX, Lightwell framework , and MFT (preferred).
Proficiency in SFTP, AS2 setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to lead solution design and support business development initiatives.
Excellent communication and customer‑facing experience.
