D365 Finance Functional Consultant; F&O

Position: D365 Finance Functional Consultant (F&O)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced  Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant  with strong expertise in Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end implementations of  D365 F&O Finance modules
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes
Support integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications
Provide functional expertise during go-live and post-implementation support
Collaborate with technical teams for customization and enhancements
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and project needs

Core Functional Expertise (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Project Accounting
Cost Accounting
Cash & Bank Management
Fixed Assets

Required Experience
Minimum  7+ years  of functional experience in Finance modules
At least  4+ years  of implementation experience in  D365 F&O
Minimum  3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations  (preferred)
Experience integrating third-party applications with D365 F&O
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to system functionality

Good to Have
Exposure to Trade & Logistics (T&L) or Production modules
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in global / multi-country implementations
