Essential Functions
Project Leadership:
Oversee the delivery of Java-based cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and Dev Ops engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates on project status.
Technical Oversight:
Guide teams on best practices in Java development, microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.
Resource Planning:
Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and refining delivery processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in Java development and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
2+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
5+ years of experience in Project Management
