Job Description –
· Implement, configure, and support SAP SD modules across project life cycles.
· Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
· Conduct workshops to gather and validate business needs.
· Map client processes and design necessary customizations to meet project objectives.
· Identify system gaps and recommend appropriate workarounds or enhancements.
· Troubleshoot issues by collaborating with business users and technical teams.
· Manage high‑priority change requests and transports.
· Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation.
· Provide consulting support for new implementations and ongoing support engagements.
· Deliver user training and ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities.
· Mentor junior team members when required.
