QL and Apigee. Join a team deeply committed to delivering highly effective solutions through self-service and automation.
Maintenance and Support:
Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Security Management:
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.

All you will need for success

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training.
Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training.
Airline Industry experience.

Certifications:

All candidates will need 3+ years’ experience with:
Apollo Graph

QL Experience.

Operate and maintain our Apollo Graph

QL Federation infrastructure, including
Apollo Gateway / Router, schema composition pipelines.
Integrate Graph

QL with various backend data source (Eg., Rest API’s, database).
Implement and enforce schema governance, versioning and access controls.
Monitor, debug and optimize Graph

QL performance using Apollo Studio, Open Telemetry and other tools.
Collaborate with backend service teams to onboard new subgraphs and…
