Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CMDB Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB development, ITSM processes, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Service Now CMDB (preferred) or similar platforms, along with strong skills in data modeling, integrations, reconciliation, and service mapping to ensure accurate and reliable configuration data across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions aligned with ITIL standards.
Configure and manage CI classes, relationships, attributes, and lifecycle workflows.
Develop and customize CMDB data models and service mapping.
Build and manage integrations with discovery tools, monitoring systems, and third-party applications.
Implement normalization, reconciliation, and de-duplication rules to ensure data integrity.
Monitor CMDB health, conduct audits, and improve data quality.
Develop scripts, reports, and dashboards for CI visibility and service impact analysis.
