SUYU India is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, superfood-based formulations. We are scaling paid acquisition aggressively and are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who understands profitable growth, not just ad spending.
Role Overview :
You will own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google, with clear accountability on CAC, ROAS, and scalable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked with D2C brands and understands the full funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution:
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns
Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, You Tube preferred)
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CAC and ROAS
Monitor CPM, CTR, CPC, and CVR and take data-backed actions
Growth and Optimization:
Work closely with the creative team on ad iterations
Drive structured creative testing including hooks, formats, and UGC
Improve funnel performance and landing page conversion rate
Identify scaling opportunities and audience expansion
Analytics and Reporting:
Track platform ROAS versus blended ROAS
Build weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Monitor attribution, MER, and customer acquisition cost
Flag performance risks early such as creative fatigue or rising CPA
Retention and Funnel (Good to Have):
Support retargeting strategy
Coordinate with CRM or email team if applicable
Must-Have Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
Proven experience scaling D2C or ecommerce brands
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Working knowledge of Google Ads
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers
Experience managing ad budgets of ₹5 lakh or more per month preferred
Understanding of COD and RTO dynamics is an added advantage
Good-to-Have:
Familiarity with Shopify analytics
Experience in skincare or beauty category
Experience with creative testing frameworks
Knowledge of attribution tools
Success Metrics:
Blended ROAS
CAC or CPA
Scalable spend growth
Creative testing velocity
Funnel conversion rate improvement
Compensation:
