Cherry Bekaert is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Associate to join our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) team in Hyderabad, India. This role is critical in supporting our FAO client service, client success workflows, onboarding processes, and day-to-day project coordination . You will serve as a central point of contact between internal service delivery teams, clients, and leadership, ensuring smooth delivery of services and timely resolution of operational and client related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Success & Communication
Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients, internal service delivery teams, job managers, and leadership.
Manage, triage, and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all client interactions, action items, and updates are precisely recorded, tracked, and open items resolved in a timely manner.
2. Project Management & Operational Coordination
Support managing end-to-end project workflows for FAO client jobs.
Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple clients simultaneously.
Assist in performing root cause analysis on process issues and communicate solutions or escalations in coordination with service delivery teams.
3. Client Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Manage onboarding & offboarding workflows.
Create and update task trackers, and internal logs with client details and issue resolution progress.
Facilitate calls with clients and assist with system setup (e.g., Tracking system, banking, financial integrations).
4. Email & Workflow Management
Monitor shared inboxes and categorize, code, and route messages appropriately.
Maintain structured record keeping with strict attention to detail.
Support leadership and U.S. teams by compiling summaries, preparing handoff notes, and tracking follow-up items.
5. Transaction Processing & Other Support
Document and support tasks related to sales tax questions, banking setup, and payment related follow-ups.
Log notes for historical data review, write-off research, or client specific tasks.
Ensure accurate updates in internal systems during financial reporting and project transitions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and customer success in a finance & accounting services or financial technology (Fin Tech) environment.
Strong understanding of workflows and onboarding processes in a multi-client international operation.
Excellent English communication - verbal and written skills.
Ability to manage high volume email operations and documentation.
Proven ability to coordinate across time zones with U.S.
-based teams.
High proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS Office, shared inbox management, Copilot, ticketing systems, or client management software.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Prior experience supporting U.S or international finance/accounting operations.
