Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the deployment, management, and growth of our identity resolution software within cloud platforms and marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy and roadmaps, driving execution with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native SaaS products.
This role requires a combination of strategic vision, technical understanding of cloud ecosystems, and strong execution skills. A background in marketing technology, identity, or data-driven SaaS products is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity resolution software in cloud platforms.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
Product Development & Execution
Drive 0→1 builds of products in major cloud platforms and marketplaces.
Oversee the product creation, operationalization, and scaling of SaaS products in cloud environments.
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases on time and within scope.
Maintain and continuously improve existing products to ensure reliability, scalability, and client satisfaction.
Go-to-Market & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Create and maintain client-facing documentation, marketing collateral, and internal training materials.
Provide sales support for strategic deals, including product demonstrations and technical validation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner directly with cloud platform providers to resolve technical issues, request enhancements, and strengthen joint go-to-market initiatives.
Act as the voice of the customer, translating customer feedback into actionable requirements.
Align stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing, and client services to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments.
Proven experience building and launching cloud-native products (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake or other cloud platforms).
Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and SaaS go-to-market motions.
Strong knowledge of product management frameworks including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical product delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation as well as marketing collateral.
Background in identity resolution, data platforms, or marketing technology is highly desirable.
