About the Role
Infra Automation Lead
Exp: 10 to 15 years
Loc:
Hyderabad
Responsibilities
Strong scripting expertise in Bash and Power Shell (critical requirement) for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management , provisioning, and large-scale automation.
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP.
Deep understanding in the Infrastructure Discovery and migration process.
Proven experience to review the backend code written in Python.
Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid/cloud migration patterns .
Experience designing and operating scalable, secure, and resilient automation platforms.
Required Skills
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams of 8–15 members, both technically and functionally .
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience managing distributed and remote teams across geographies.
Demonstrated capability to balance technical debt, feature delivery, and operational stability in fast-paced environments.
Ability to drive engineering best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.
