Role:
Presales Solutions Architect – Cybersecurity (Offensive Security & MXDR)
About the Role We are seeking a high-impact Presales Solutions Architect to drive cybersecurity solutioning across Offensive Security and Managed Extended Detection & Response (MXDR) service lines. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, consultative engagement capability, techno-commercial acumen, and executive communication skills. You will work closely with sales, delivery, leadership, and partners to design tailored cybersecurity solutions and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Solutioning :
Lead discovery discussions to understand client cybersecurity posture and business risks Design and propose solutions across:
Offensive Security (VAPT, Red Teaming, BAS, Cloud Security, Ransomware Readiness, Attack Surface Management) MXDR (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, UEBA, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management) Translate technical controls into business value
2. Proposal & RFP Management:
Own end-to-end response to RFPs and proactive proposals Create:
Executive summaries Scope definitions Architecture diagrams Assumptions & exclusions Commercial inputs Manage tight timelines with cross-functional coordination
3. Strategic & Commercial Contribution:
Participate in pricing discussions and effort estimation Support account mining and cross-sell initiatives Identify ecosystem and technology partnerships
4. Executive Engagement:
Present solutions to CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Board stakeholders Articulate ROI, risk impact, and strategic alignment
Required Experience 5–10 years in cybersecurity domain 2+ years in Presales / Security Consulting / Solution Architecture Experience in MSSP / Cybersecurity services organization preferred Exposure to:
Red Teaming / VAPT scoping SIEM / SOC / MDR / XDR solutioning Cloud security assessments Proposal drafting & RFP response Experience in C-level client interactions
Preferred Certifications CEH / OSCP CISSP / CISM CCSP Azure/AWS Security Splunk / Sentinel / QRadar certifications
