Role Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Presales Consultant – Pharma Solutions who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customer engagement . This role plays a critical part in driving value-based solutioning, supporting enterprise sales, and delivering compliant, customer-centric solutions for regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer business, technical, and regulatory requirements and design optimized functional and technical solutions
Proactively identify met and unmet customer needs and recommend solutions that maximize business value
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Global Delivery teams to align solution design with customer expectations
Support preparation of URS, RFP responses, solution proposals, and compliance documentation
Work with the Product team to provide market insights and customer feedback contributing to the product roadmap
Represent EPIQ / Caliber at industry conferences, marketing forums, networking events, and partner meetings
Pre-requisites / Experience
5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analyst role involving software solutions for the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within the Pharma industry, preferably in Quality, Compliance, or regulated environments
Experience working with enterprise applications such as QMS, SAP, LIMS , or similar pharma systems
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes , quality control operations, and end-to-end solution lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards , and industry best practices
Willingness to travel 30–40% to customer locations
Education
Graduation in a Pharma-related domain (preferred)
Post-graduation in Marketing & Sales (good to have)

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
