Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience in  Service Now development
Experience working on  CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Knowledge of Service Now data model and table relationships
Understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Integrating Service Now with third-party tools
CMDB data import (Import Sets, Transform Maps)
Data governance & data quality management

Experience with ITOM modules (preferred)

Certifications (Good to Have / Preferred)
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL Foundation
Service Now ITOM Certification (bonus)
