 Strong handson experience in SAP HCM Core
 Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management
(OM)
 Understanding of infotypes, actions, and dynamic actions
 Experience in support and/or implementation projects
 Basic knowledge of Payroll and Time Management integration
 Good communication and stakeholderhandling skills

Good to Have

 Experience with SAP Success Factors integration
 Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
 Knowledge of S/4

HANA HCM roadmap
 Experience in data migration and testing cycles
 Prior experience in global HR environments
